Low end would be the sale for ~4, high end is multiple B/O's placed at 5, and the fact that there were some offers/sales exceeding that.

I know it was duped, but it's not really part of the proof that sets the range, so meh.

I dont understand why you count the sale for 4 then call the sale/offers of 7 old and outliers. then it sells for an incredibly stupid low amount (which would explain why the new owner would accept a low b/o of 5 and gahhh. I lost it already. (note latest owner added to discuss the max + bud offer, that means he would have accepted close to that amount)

I think we need to get more recent proof by waiting for it to sell a couple more times.
