There are a heap of these that just don't get any fair offers. I've omitted all of these ones, which you'll quickly realise if you search for them on Outpost. My reason for doing this is, quite simply, that I couldn't find any information from them. (One had a great offer of four buds and ten keys that was retracted ... in May.) Here's what I could find.

It makes me sad to make this drop (Spartan's my favourite Soldier hat) but if you want it then you can easily get a clean one there with four buds.
