Analysis: Offers lower than 4.9 didn't even exist (except for omber's offer) and offers at and even above this price listed were rejected. Buying Price was An old effect worth 4.1-4.4 and a new effect with the new effect hat most likely around 3.5ish buds adding up to an unusual over pay of about 7.5 + the 10 keys in sweets I added (subtracted a .9 bud from that value and viola 7 pure)

(service metal was being quicksold for 6 on past owner's trade so im considering it more proof that 6 is very possible in the middle of these ranges

Analysis: Once again offers lower than 4.9 are rare and when they are found are terminated quite quickly and often with laughter.

Offers range predominatly in the 5.6 range with offers in the 6's being found.

The three recent visible sales: 1. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=166719129 at a price of 7 in hats and items, with overpay accounted for aswell. (me buying my hat)

(it was being quicksold for 7 in unusuals so i valued it at 7, 1 bud higher than the quicksale stated in pureyet lower than full price of the actual metal on this site)

3. The past owner of my hat Buying for 6 pure after failing to do so at 5 and 5.5 pure http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=166750530

Calculating the overpay involved and the offers the owner had rejected that were lower than mine i found that the offer I made and was successfull with was around 7 in value (even with the Lowballing of the hats I bought the modest with to be fair). Along with this anything under 5.6 is quite unsuccessfull with middle ranges at 6 being achieved
