He states on his trade he had an offer of a smoking yellow belt + 1 bud + 5 keys but I can't find it.

Why the high end is 2.1 buds? If he has a B/O of 2 buds, it should be the high end if the owner sells the hat at this price, maybe he can go a bit lower. I recommend you to wait for the sale before suggesting the new price. He rejected 1.5 buds but maybe he accepts 1.8 or 1.9 buds, who knows.

Because the yellow belt is considered at 1 bud, so 2 buds 5 keys makes around 2.1 in unusuals. He isn't gonna take 1.8 or 1.9 as he's got someone willing to do 2.
