As you can see, 3.66 has already outnumbered 4 ref, so 4 ref won't be in range. On the other hand, 3.33 looks like a quick-sell, so that's not in range as well. The reason why I am showing 3.66 below is because I want you guys to know that this item needed a drop no matter what. Counter-Proof and other typical suggestion for me is welcome.
