Judging roughly from the fact that a roboactive one of these is 4.3 - 5.3 buds and using a scale from other unusuals. A rough estimate for this hat with this effect would be somewhere between 7.3 and 8.3 buds. I'm going simply off of what I'm seeing the difference between effects is like on other hats.

Sorry broseph, ya gatta have some proof, we don't like "rough estimates" 'round here. You could set up a trade on outpost asking for offers though.
