Cloud 9 dapper topper (recently became 3.9 buds) + Planets shako (19-21 keys) + BMOC + 8 keys = roughly 5.5 buds
The other one remains unsold at http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12824160 with a c/o of 3 buds pure and a max (5.2 buds)

I thought it was appropriate considering I bought the hat because I wanted it for what it was, should it have been 5.2 instead?
Well...I guess technically the Max's Head could be 2-2.2 (nobody has suggested it yet, but I think 2 is a more fair price on it atm), and you get 5 as that offer, but it was both tentative and rejected.
