Mongo is pretty much the cheapest unusual. Not too shocking.

I always gave that honor to the hard counter/coupe mahself.

Seems legit most of the robo effects are seeming to be put at about 2-10 buds(Not a real range) Its good to stop seeing this, hopefuly this will happen to the rest, it is just so annoying to see these items (Robo effects) for ∞.

Very similar happened with the weather/cloudy effects (Stormy, Blizzardy, Steaming and Smoking), which are still gradually dropping. Some of them started more valuable than the energies but then they were affected by their insane unbox chance compared with the oldest effects.

I too am not at all surprised to see this starting to happen.
