That is an exhaustive search through all offers/sales that I could find using my premium search powers. It regularly gets offered two buds in pure or unusuals with over-pay. Like with the Orbiting Fire one, very few of these are actually available to buy. The highest actual recent sale was 2.3. (What's wrong with you people? The Spartan is a great hat! :P)
if you think spartan is good hat maybe you should stop updating it. have you raised any of them? btw I dont like suggestions with not enough sales when lowering prices since offers aint proof when lowering. meh i dont like spartan and neither I do this suggestion. neutral but if I were you I wouldnt suggest

If you can find any other sales then please tell me about them. Plasmas aren't like Stormy Storms; people collect them and sell rarely.

Did you read any of my comments about available ones being rare or are you just one-post complaining without any counter-evidence?
truly said i ve seen only 3 of your suggestions and all with red arrows, yes I see other ones now. and btw i dont like spartan nor plasma. just saying 2 buds shouldnt be in range cause it s impossible to buy it for 2 buds as no one would sell for 2 buds and you re supporting it with rejected offers, your link 3 (c/o year old) was offered clean max+5 keys ~ 2.4 month ago and probably hasnt been online for over month
and about updating prices was joke, i see nothing wrong with updating prices if proof is fine

The only recent, pure and public one is the 2.3. Feel free to keep searching though.
what s wrong with retracted offers? werent they valid, indeed they were valid. it s pretty common you spend pure quite fast so offer gets retracted, i m sorry you cant find more sales or whatever, but imo range should be 2,3-2,5

Yes, ideally we'd have multiple sales such as with the commonly traded effects like Stormy Storm (I noticed that you're experienced with that effect, hence I'm choosing it for this example). However, when you're looking at a hat that rarely sells, you are lucky to find any sales at all. In this situation, we take the highest sale (2.3) as the high value while using the low value to state what is often offered for the hat. 2.5 hasn't happened. If it does happen soon (without being staged, obviously) then I will happily admit that it should also be included.

i m not talking about sales right now, we dont have them, they dont exist
but offer is valid proof when it s higher than current price, or higher than sales
it s not valid as low end since it might be lowball and there are lots of offers above 2 buds in this case
range- lowest sale - highest offer. the sale didnt happen because - seller did not respond but offer was valid, and his unability to pay it now means nothing if he had so much pure at time of offer
btw why didnt you take steaming wrap (2,1) as low end? there is no point to setting low end below sales when offers are above or equal

I'm not even lowering it. It's never been updated. It's more correct to say that I'm giving it a suggested value. Also, how many times must I say it? The 2.3 is from an actual pure sale. Yes! I could've used 2.1 as the lower value. I simply used two straight to accommodate for the other offers and to indicate what this hat is regularly offered. In fact, 2.1 fits perfectly into my suggested value. How is this a problem?
Has your whole argument really come down to complaining about my low end being 0.1 buds away from what you would like? I've already spent a good three hours working on this suggestion so, sorry, but I'm not going to restart it now just to change it by 0.1 buds when it has never been updated before. Again, if you want the higher value to be changed then please find an actual sale above 2.3. Sales DO exist but are rare and not above 2.3.
Also, we count the Blizzardy Kabuto as two buds straight (over-pay and all of that) as an offer. The Kabuto owner even had a buy-out of 2.3. [url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12426373[/url]

This is worth less slightly than the Kabuto and you made the same mistake with it too.
