This item is really hard to sell at 1.66 even when its range was 1.66-2. Now, (at the time of this post) There are 5 people in the classified selling at 1.66. Normally, sellers try to sell at the top end of bp price or even higher but they are choosing to start at 1.66. This clearly shows that the current value of this item is too high. Evidence taken from http://backpack.tf/stats/639/6/0. The bottom guy has been trying to sell the item for almost a week at bottom value and still can't sell it.
