The lowest Price for Unusuals is 12 Keys.So you cant go under this Price.And they only selling this Hat for 11 Keys,because its nearly impossible to sell this cancer Hat with Cancer Effect for the full Price?

Not sure... I did see one in the classies yesterday for 11 and it went off pretty quickly. And the 11 keys seller is 31 minute old. I'll wait for the 11 key seller to sell to see, if its a quicksell. Neutral for now.
