The thing is, that's only one offer of 3.2, but there's plenty of offers in the range of 2.9-3.2 buds, If there was repetitive offers of 3.2 flat, then yeah.
Offers dont mean shit, unless they are overpay or accepted.
Well, I suppose if some money-wasting trading noob were to come by and offer 4 buds and gets it, I don't really think a one-in-a-million chance offer like this would happen again even if a range of 3.2-4 buds does pass, offers matter.
It would be an outlier :D
