It'd be great if you could find out what they bought it with. And the only proof is offers and B/Os to make a range. Meh.

B/Os are lower than high end, offers are higher than low end. One hasn't been sold in like 3 months. I checked with premium to look at the other owners too.

Original range was 2.5-3. I guess using B/Os for the high-end is okay...
