There is only 4 of these in existence, it's an all-class hat with a nice effect. The similar Power-surge effect on this hat is 4.2-4.9 so i think that this hat deserves at least 3.5-4. I found one that was traded for a time warp Soldered sensei, however that hat is also unpriced sooo that is just a little extra info..
No proof, no sales, no upvote.
By the way, the only sale i found was the sensei, i encourage to try and find more on it, however this priced is just based off of the effect and how it is compared to the other effects on this hat.

Also, nobody prices an unusual based on similar effects.
