A Level 1 Max?

You must be hearing wrong things, Lv.1 / 7 Max's are duped. They aren't worth 2 Buds.

Actually level 1 and 7 are 2 buds while others 2.2

I've seen people selling those Lv. 1 and 7 for 35-40 Keys.

That was true a few months ago (but still rare for them to go that low). Have you any evidence of this happening within the last three months?

Awwww, I sold one yesterday for 1 bud, a strange festive sticky (sold one hour later for 21 keys), 1 key and 4 hats. You want a screenshot as well? Funny when people talk without knowing... Anyway, I bought it today for 2 buds, who cares if the Max's level 1 is 2 buds for you or not.

Anyway, you got 1 Proof, that 2.4 could be the High End.

Its enough if unusuals. Try researching about how to suggest unusual before talking. You never suggest a thing so you can't say you have experience.

I forget exactly what the rule is but you can't change the value on an unusual by <5% if the price is under 3 months old.

Rationale is that unusual prices are all estimates and 2-2.2 is close to what this is now. And it prevents the website from being flooded with unusual suggestions that hardly change the value of an item.

I have never heard anything before about this 5%...

Anyway, same case than me: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/51ef31edba2536e34d00000e 2 months old price, 0.74 keys up and it was accepted. Now there's an active suggestion for the same and the price is 2 weeks old, and it will be accepted for sure again. So, I don't really understand why one can be accepted and the other no.

Anyway, I can wait one month to suggest it again, but I guess it will be a better proof with a sale of 5 days ago than 1 month ago.

Yeah... Honestly, I'm not even sure if the rule is official. And I've seen a few suggestions accepted despite that.... Just giving you a heads up :)
