Because cows need mo' manglin'.
because people are weird, dirty bison tends to be in the same offer as a dirty mangler. :p. for the sake of that, the bison is .55 in it's mid range.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11540256 offered .66
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11828102 craft hat offered for cow mangler + dirty bison which means paying about .66 if you value craft hats at 1.22
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10985801 offered 1 ref for d bison and d mangler.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13271176 sold within a day at .33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9408393 offered .33 multiple times, rejected.
no buyers on outpost.
Seems legit. I don't understand these fluctuations. The proof from the suggestion accepted 10 days ago seemed legit too. All those offers you show of 0.66 have happened since then. Wonder why there is so much variability. I guess rarer items will always have much more variability cause a few sales/offers represent the market.
backpack.tf in a nutshell.
Hey there, I was the one who left the last suggestion to make the price go down for this item. But I don't think the proof is good enough. The trades are either 1 month or older. And prices change over time. Also the second to last link sold it for 0.33 so the price should stay at 0.33. For now down-vote.
Here's the link to my suggestion if you want to see it: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/51f3164dba25363b1d000004
There's an offer on the first link from three days ago for .66 ref. Doesn't matter if the trade itself is old, the offer isn't.
trade may have been old, some offers were not. please read the offers first.
I know what G-What said :) No need to repeat. Anyways I have looked over the trades again. Otherwise there are only a handful of people who would buy more than the normal price. You only can find very few people + there aren't that many people looking for uncraftable versions of these unless they are a collector of course.
there aren't many people looking for it because most don't know the hidden value of a lot of dirty weapons. they just regard it as 1/2 a scrap, and would rather have the clean version.
Yeah I know but its a pain to sell it for that price. You go on a trade server/chatroom and say you are selling for that price people just laugh. Oh wells everyone values things at different prices. Well played.
I still think that a dirty weapon that you can easily drop clean, shouldent go over 1 reclamed. But not all of them because then our achivement items would be worth more then they should.
not every dirty weapon is worth a lot. achievement items? your kidding right?
Its a dirty weapon, and no matter what price it has on mann-co's store, it wont change the fact that the cowmangler is a weapon like evry other. I disagree with this price raise alot because if we did this to all the expensive items, then we should rise the bonk boy dirty to over a key (Mann-co price=9.99€) and that would be abit awkward as well.
welcome to the market
I guess so xD
I guess that dirty's aint my strongest point so ill just stay out of it.
your argument is completely invalid. the mann co store does not have the prices of the market. EVER. how about other dirty weapons that are plentiful on the market? they cost 2.50 in the mann co store. should they be a key? no. the cow mangler is a rarer dirty on the market. what is your reasoning for making the dirty bonk boy over a key???? yes, it is a rare dirty, but mann co store does NOT control market prices.
k good for you.
k have fun voting on dirties on backpack.tf
I will up the vote, Great new price for a rare too
concerning the first trade:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11540256 offered .66
I don't think he ever saw the offer. I just contacted him and he sold it for .33
http://i.imgur.com/3EvdSH2.png
too bad he didn't see it. an offer can still effect pricings.
most of the offers for the high end are old or retracted.
so, does a mod want to accept or close this yet?
