well yes, there are strange parts and items that are belonged to the previous owner. And since the owner is selling his bp for $. it's hard to know what else are in during the transaction. Would be your job to find out though

what I want to say is, you should provide solid proof for the transaction. I.e. something like photo. Moreover, the hat has been traded couple time in the past, so probably you should gather those for proof as well
