No offers so far, they might be scared of his B/O, I believe he got his Vivid and Searing HazMat for a Scorching Samur-Eye but that's the next hat I plan on fixing the price on :P

I'd say a bump is necessary for this hat, maybe someone can provide a more accurate price later.

My reasoning for the range:

Low: Burning Spartan 8.2 (old effect, lots of trades, it was offered twice)

Highest: Secret Chef Hat 10.2 (may be an outlier? he does have several at 9+ though and it's one of the few unhid offers so maybe he was considering taking it)

Again, this is my first time pricing an unusual I don't own so let me know what I'm doing wrong!
