The first link/sale is probably too old to consider, since it is 1-2 months old and no other offers or sales reach that caliber recently. With the 3rd link, the seller highly preferred spy hats, which seems to be why he traded it for a billycock with the same effect, when the mancer is clearly a higher tier hat. The 4th sale also seems very undersold, given that there were multiple offers that were much higher than the hat he traded for. This fact also reinforces the theory that these low sales are in fact low for this hat. The range is the most recent reasonable sale and the highest recent offer.

Whoops, that second sale should say "Miami Nights Mancer" not Miami Lights Lancer. lol
