I don't know about a drop that doesn't include 1 key in it's price. I just sold one yesterday for a Key = http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13432351 . So they still sell for a Key which means it should be included in the spread. From my experience and from what I've seen, 5.66 Refined -1 Key should be the new spread. Not 5.33-5.66, which seems like an arbitrary decision of pricing and not an accurate decision of pricing. Downvote
