There isnt much links to this as traders are either highballing asking for 3-4 buds (unsold for ages) Or are in a set.

Think a drop in price is needed especially since all 2.8 bud sellers have really decent s.parts as well :)

Check the unusual offers that get denied. There is several 2.7+ bud unusual offers denied. Even ones above 3 buds. ( Spunky offered well over 3 buds in unusuals http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13409088 )

Even though i disagree with this because theres no disapproval of 2.8 buds, only seems like 2.8 buds in pure doesnt happen and its mostly unusual offers. And those get denied just because some people dont want unusuals.
