So why not 12-13?

because there are still a lot of people offering 11ish.

Offering =/= sold. Rejected 11, none getting sold at 11. Don't base prices off offers, sales only (or offers higher than sales.)

It would be so much easier to get more proof if tf2 outpost was not littered with cancer quicksellers paying 1 key for a unusual like this, quickselling is cancer and it does not help the market, makes it worse.

other than my rant, this is good proof and a good range so you got my vote
