This is my first price suggestion so hopefully I do this right.

The current price of the hearts noir is 4 months old wich is far too long, in fact many of the Noir's prices are out dated. For example, the average value of the Green Energy Noir is 4 buds but when you look at the Purple energy one it's only 3 buds.

Anyway on to the proof, I managed to sell my Circling Hearts Noir for 3 buds pure in a single day and I got offered 2.5 buds pure for my other Hearts Noir which I wasn't even selling at the time, the guy used to own it and he wanted it back.

I would say that the person was quickbuying, since the trade was done 1 day ago, so I don't think that counts for proof...

EDIT: What I meant to say was that the trade was put up a day ago and the guy was probably quickbuying it.

Wut? What means quickbuying the hat? He paid 3 buds because he wanted it and he wasn't another lowballer trying to resell it and make profit. And he left a screenshot of the trade getting the 3 buds for it. So, upvote from me.

I still have no idea what your talking about, do you mean 4 buds was low or something? If it sold fast it's because it's a desirable hat, even thought there's 37 in existence it was the only one on the market. Also could someone explain to me what quickbuying is? Are you trying to say he was a quicksell buyer?

Just like "I ate all your candy" posted, it's already in the description.

Unfortunately I don't have proof of this but someone else added me offering a Vivid Plasma Muller, a Big kill, a S.F. Ammby, some random spy miscs and stranges, and 15 keys for the Noir. I only considered the mullet to be 1.5 buds tops and that's why I turned down the offer, however Backpack.tf says the mullet is 1.7 - 2, take this information with a grain of salt because I don't have any proof of this since I removed him from my friends list after I sold the Noir for 3 pure.
