But a mass of people willing to sell under the current price range would mean that the price range might need adjusting.

then again i have no clue how ull be able to update this items price without specific evidence of it being sold other than selling. You need proof of it being sold within the range youre aiming towards ill say you do have decent proof of it being unsold -4ref.
