since Robin Walker uses this unsual it has a high collector value or FAN-value.

the only 2 on the market are asking around 5 buds for this beauty.

and they get offer around 4 in unsuals and someone even offered 4 buds pure.

mmm. This is a hat I have followed for a long time. I will admit that at the time of offering on this hat, my offers of 3.5 pure were rejected. But, at the same time, some of these have been on the market for months with no clear offer of 4. At the same time, it's hard to ignore some of these sales - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12406895 and http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12885497 - even though they sold somewhat quickly. I suspect the value of this is really in between what you are suggesting and the current range.

I would either:

(a) wait until the guy collecting 4 actually buys for 4 pure

(b) re-suggest with a middle ground range of 3-3.5. Might even be able to get away with something slightly higher if you can provide solid proof of offers for the high end (documented offers, not tentative, retracted, or collecting offers.)
