Mods have been discussing how to handle suggestions for new effects, and, while we have not made this official yet, we have all agreed that it would be best to wait for at least 2 sales for every hat before making a suggestion for it because any 1 sale can be anomalous, and we are trying to as accurately as possible assess a hat's value.

Accepting this as a one time thing since votes are positive, it sold in pure and had some decent offers (4 is probably close to its value). But in the future, please make your suggestions with a range after a hat (especially one with a new effect) has sold at least twice.
