Conclusion:

Cannot locate any recent sales, so I am putting the range at 2.8-3.1 buds which contains the highest reasonable offers. There are roughly 4 offers that fit into this range, so I see it being a nice reflection of the higher offers this unusual has been getting. Just a small bump in current price.
