High end comes from the sold for buds minus the parts. Plus there are a ton of solds at 20 keys.

20 keys is already in the current range, so remove that from your proof.

This link http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13490997 doesn't show any proof that the item sold for 1 bud. There is no earbud in his backpack and the only item valued over a bud is the unusual Detective Noir. The unusual has the same original owner as the knife currently does. My guess is the guy with the knife added for the unusual. Sorry if I am mistaken, but I don't see any proof he sold it for a bud.
