What I meant was, http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/139087930 6 pages, with most of them highballing, in sets, looking for offers, or selling for 3-3.33 ref (Very few). Very limited market item. And I am just showing that 3 ref is possible, so since it is possible, this item now needs a range.

You are correct. People either want a key for it, have it slapped on in a set, or sell around the 3.33 area.
