That one sale is an outlier. Current range is clearly too low, but consider all of these:

So here we have a balance of having 2 sales for 17 keys even though one went fast with another trade showing an offer of 1.5 pure. That would still be an awfully wide range, but your current range is definitely too large and unrepresentative of its value.

I would suggest you either:

(a) wait until you sell your second one or have decent offers showing 17 keys is clearly too low

(b) resuggest at around 1-1.5 or 20-33 keys and have another mod re-evaluate.
