but selling=/=sold.

the proof would only be valid if anyone actuatly bought for that price.

it's the only one on the market that is being sold for a distinct price. he isn't letting it go for any less then that. think for a second.

If nobody will pay 14 keys for it, then he won't get 14 keys for it. Once it sells, then suggest a 14 key price, until then, it can't be subject to change in value. The trade you provided is also pretty new...

The thing is, if he's not letting it go for 14, and it sells for....let's say 15 or 16. Then that makes this price completely wrong. Wait until its sold to make a suggestion.
