Price of Halloween unusuals cant drop since there will never be any more, it can only go up and those offers are old, the prices are rising
they can go down, people dont want them. it will drop again. has the last 2 halloweens. and its updated 7 days ago
A lot of people dont like new effects so they are happy to get an offer of an old or Halloween unusual.

there's no proof valve won't release them again. They released the original halloweens and new halloweens last year, so if anything the originals are done and the new will still return.
And there's no way this hat is 3-3.5buds. Do you have any idea how many times on servers i've been offered this hat for 2-2.5buds because "The other person is asking for 3-3.5buds"?
People only like the GOOD hollween effects such as Harvest or Cloudy moon, not the crappy ones like latern, misty skull, 13th hour, and eerie fire.
misty skull is the best effect imo, no need to tell everybody which effect looks better in yours
