While the effect is a somewhat nice Halloween effect, it is a large effect, which lowers the price of sniper hats. Also, it isn't that nice looking of a hat, causing another decrease in price. Looking up this hat, currently there are 3 in existence, with only 1 on the market. Because the trades were closed, I don't know what the hats were sold for, all I know is it was getting offers of 6-8 buds.

If there is a 5 pure offer, the price is 5 pure and not 6-7. Also you should focus on recent offers and sales and not some from many months ago.
