I don't believe that the owner of the first one declined the Max's - it appears he accepted it and then it was hidden, either because the person offering did not have one, or because he did not reply (making the offer pretty much invalid)

if you would check the profil of him on outpost you would see that he had one and if he had one and offered it it seems like he wanted to pay it (why did he wrote it else?? joking? why should he??) anyways i think that makes the offer valid.

The two sales are in the 1.5-2 bud range, as are most offers. One outlier offer of the g.energy snaggle and electro nano with an unverified current offer shouldn't mean the high price gets bumped almost half a bud higher. (also, the snaggle was duped which is why the trade didn't go through). Suggested price is a bit too high, although I can 1.5-2 working nicely.
