Before this turns into a time warp panama price change, I'll move on! I would estimate the panama to be around 2.3 as there are few offers and no-one is willing to break the 2 bud mark.

Subtracting the 0.35 buds for a TS Bill's (~7.5keys) makes it 1.95 buds - or 2 if you round it.
