2.4 -possibly ,why outlier ?

Due to the fact that its the only offer to get above 2.3 buds in a 4 month period (excluding the hearts pith+1 bud). And the fact that only 1 other offer ever got above 2.2.
2.3 seems hard to get already, let alone 2.4, which seems to be impossible. Plus everyone values level 1 maxs differently, a lot of people value them less than 2 buds since they don't sell particularly easily at 2 buds.
Its more the latter than the former, but still, both are true. IMO, if an offer is never duplicated in a 4 month period, then odds are its not right.
2,4 close to the 2.3 and 2.2 , when you consider that the price of a offered hats is not quite true ( price on the site are stored in a binding to the $-bud -keys-ref ) and 2.3-2.4-hight end but not price(average price)
does not matter much here
