There's a small amount of these babies, so not too many people are selling/buying them. Bazaar.tf has a lot of unsolds @ 2 ref. I think this price needs a bit of a negative bump to get the sales flowing.

In conclusion, this hat is generally an unattractive hat with a pretty quality, and I can't imagine why people would buy it except for collecting.

Yeah, I was a bit "hmmmmm" on those that said so, but since the backpack price is a solid 2 ref, I added them in.
