You only get these through the purchase of a Dr. Grodbort set, specifically the Pith Helmet + Mutton Chops + Cow Mangler set. Majority are uncraftable since the bulk of purchases were when it was a fancy new thing. There's a handful that were made craftable from a glitch, the rest are those trickling in from new players buying the set from the point that Mann Co Store items were changed to be craftable. Copper and silver variants exist for the engi and pyro grodbort sets.

Relatively rare, which is why it's not yet another 1.33 ref misc in spite of being both a badge and immensely forgettable.

Badges suck.
