I am just going to jump straight into the proof.

The reasoning behind the high value rising, is because of the offers I have received on outpost.

My best offers have been -
1. Blizz Pillar + 2 pure = 4.1 - 4.2 pure (with overpay)
2. Harvest Mining Light = 3.8 - 4 pure (with overpay)
3. 5 pure (collecting)
I bet your wondering, "JJB, if someone offered 5 pure, why isn't that in the range?"
Well, he offered in about a month ago in a trade server, but he said he didn't have it yet, but he would buy buds off paypal. Considering his bp value is 3 USD, I highly doubt that I will get 5 pure from him. :) But, you never know.

Well that was the problem, the most recent sale was my purchase, which was 3.3. The offers I have gotten are above the current value. And I know selling=/=sold, but there have been no sales, so this is the best I got. :)
