(P.s) Kills don't upgrade the value: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13615076 :D
Wow, that's pretty sad, especially considering that kills reset once you trade an item.
Well you could gift wrap the item which I think keeps the kills on it.
Used to. Valve removed that.

Gift Wrap will no longer prevent the counters on Strange weapons from resetting.

Gaben y u do dis?
This still works. Yet again, the Wiki is incorrect. Recently one of my MvM friends wrapped his SF Scatter with Robots destroyed on it, gifted it to another one of my friends, which still kept the 10k kills or so on there. Try it for yourself if you don't believe me.
*Clears throat* I... have? And it reset the counters?
It's possible that it's still bugged for SOME weapons.
I've seen it happen on other occations where it didn't reset it. I'm more apt to not believe the Wiki seeing as it's always been full of incorrect info. Don't even get me started on how terrible the MvM section of it is.
Not saying the Wiki is entirely correct, just saying I've tried it, only for it to be a waste of gift wrap.
Did it happen to have a strange part? I've every situation I've seen involving a strange part hasn't reset it.
Well... it used to until Valve made it to where gift wrap doesn't preserve the counters. I remember people who would charge up to five keys to get a weapon to Hale's Own.
No, I'm serious! It was a massive enterprise...
the second link of 2.33 sold atleast 3
