Assuming all that is true, beams reg. is 9 average +1 = 10. Essentially, the owner of the ke is trying to get 15 but the cloud 9 owner is offering 13. Very bad to use as proof but it sort of makes sense.

Link 2 had a recent offer of 12 pure but it was deemed too low.

Both are looking for 15 pure so setting that as high end. Offers they are getting reach ~13. Past sales are for unpriced unusuals. Slight bump down
