9 key seller sold in a day, if not in minutes, person resold it for 11 keys in less than a day, and that person resold it to cranwell for 13 keys, and might have sold faster if he had put a buyout. First link has had offers in 11-13 keys pure multiple times. The second link with the best offer of "8 keys + s.widow" actually has a lot more sweets than that if you knew how to read his trade. He also bought it for at least 12.5 keys in mixed: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13376562 in short 11 keys is unsubstantiated as it is based on one rapid sale with plenty of other offers/sales being higher.
