Suggestion: The Soot Suit at 3–3.33 ref

3.33 is still very common and seems possible to sell at, but there are enough sellers at 3 ref that it's a viable part of the range. Keep in mind there were only 3 and a half pages on OP, half of them not viable as proof (selling odd levels, unbumped, offer trades)

There are a decent amount of sellers at 3 ref, but 3.33 is still possible.
