Suggestion: The Winter Wonderland Wrap at 3 ref

Surprisingly hard to find Wraps selling at 3.33. Many painted or parts of sets to sell. Considering how many, if not all, wraps selling at 3.33 are unsold,

lowering the price to a flat 3 ref seems reasonable. Lots and lots of traders selling for 3 ref. http://backpack.tf/classifieds/search/id/52001218ba25368b61000000 - first 4 or 5 normally going for 3 ref. Hope this is enough proof. Thanks!

Your proof has nothing to do with a 3 refs price. Unsolds at 3 refs shows us that the price should be even lower, now you already have proof that the current range is invalid but you need to find the price those Wraps gets sold at so we can put a price.

He is being conservative and has stated in his first sentence that trades less than 3 are scarce ie not enough lower to include. #didnotread

Again as op has said, sellers below 3 refs are scarce meaning that not many people are willing to sell below 3 refs or they are being bought quickly. Even if there are unsolds at 3 we cannot randomly decrease the price if no one is willing to sell for lower.
