Well, let us just jump right into the proof, why don’t we.

Although this is still a very young trade, and I will be updating this as it goes along or even close and resuggest for this hat if necessary, there is some proof to be taken out of this. Namely, within the first few hours of advertising the hat, there has been an offer of a steaming cosa nostra (20 keys, outdated price, may be an idea for someone to update later), and they show some interest to add a little, albeit the amount is unknown as of now.

Straight off the bat of the new trade with a 20 key offer, will keep you posted on updates on this hat as they happen.

Seems there has been another offer of a bubbling cowl, which even if its current suggestion passes, still has the low range of 20 keys.

Now, the main body of proof will come from recent sales

First, the current hat was sold in this trade ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13537440 ) for a stormy sola topi and presumably 3 keys (22 keys, outdated, again may need updating). Notable offers before the sale includes a stormy counterfeit billycock, if some minor sweets were added (~1 bud) and 1 bud, 1 key pure (23 keys)

Secondly, the trade above got their hat from this trade ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13516311 ) for an unknown value, however I could ascertain that a B.M.O.C was used as part of the trade, but sadly I cannot find any other information on the trade. There was only one offer here, and this was a vivid plasma sola topi if 3 keys and a hive mind was added (~18.6 keys).

Well, now to explain my choice of range now I guess. I have chosen the low range to be 22 keys, due to the surprising amount of offers at this range in both unusual and pure offers. I have set the high range for now at 30 keys, due to the one sale at that price a month ago, but I will be more than willing to close this suggestion and refine the range if it is thought necessary.
