Search this item on outpost and see if you're still confident with that statement. Also, being that he has this many, it likely means he has more knowledge regarding it. With the value of his bp at what it is, I don't think such a small increase is really going to affect him.

I already sold a couple of these for 1.33 ref a month ago. But then went on holiday. Can't really use that as recent proof though.
