Summa summarum:

2,00ref seems to be possible, but it's really easy to find one for cheaper as well. Quite a few sellers for 1,66ref - 1,88ref, so no need to pay 2,00ref anymore. There were also million guys selling for 2,00ref, but didn't see any point listing those.
