Okay, I'm lowering the price because the unusual in the 1:1 trade that set the high end (planets dragonborn) dropped to 17.1/18 keys with overpay. I sold my prancer's for 17.5 keys, so...
Basically the same proof as last time with minor edits:
Only 3 on outpost.

Had a chat with him, he said he sold it with 2 keys sweets for this fruit shoot:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13238734
Prancer’s *0.9 + 2 key sweets = 17.5
Prancer’s *0.9 = 15.5
Prancer’s = 17.22
He also said that he bought the Prancer’s for 17 keys.

Offers:
20 keys
Bubbling Nano + 7 keys 12.5*0.9+7=18.25
He sold for this Dragonborn:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12453335
19*0.9=17.1. Or low end of 18.
In conclusion:
One sale at 17 keys, one sale at 17.2 keys, I sold for 17.5 keys, offer of 18.25 keys, sale at 17.1 or 18 keys (depends).
