No it's 4 buds. 4.4 *0.90 = 3.96, rounded equals 4 buds. You can either take the low end or multiple the middle price by *0.9.

Current range is still more accurate imo

There are a few different ways to calculate overpay. Generally, when the range is that wide, 90% of middle is better.
