ITS OLD OKAY Like 6 months old.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12811334 - Offer of a Smoking Tippler's Tricorne (19 - 23) 18 keys, and an offer of 1 Bud + Keys (Don't know how many) and the owner said they would take it.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13533469 - B/O 26 keys (All of the others have had B/O's of around 1.5 buds), and he has an offer of that same Tricorne - 18 keys.

So it seeems the low end can stay at 20 keys since there have been a few offers of that, and then the high end I WOULD set at a bud, but there was that one guy offering a bud + keys. It's hard to know how many, so I will just assume that it is like 2, or the lowest possible, putting the high end at 23 (Since buds appear to be dropping, and because this isn't concrete). I think you mean buds ;) Plus the nb oil baker had a buyout of 1.5 which is the same as all of these bucket helms, pretty much. the highest offer it had was 1 bud, plus he added around 2 keys to the trade as well. So it should still fall in the same range.
